1. Rinse gently and carefully with clean water, the water flow is not too large, and it is good to be comfortable. After washing, put it in a cool place and dry it.

2. Wash gloves immediately after games and training. The temperature of the water should not exceed 30 degrees. Use a sponge to remove surface dirt, but do not scuff the palm glue. You have to use detergent. If the field is particularly slippery, use old gloves for pre-game practice and put on new gloves for the game. It should be noted that old gloves can be used during training, but they should be changed or replaced before the game, depending on the conditions of the field and weather conditions, or according to one's preference.

3. Wet the palms of gloves before the game to improve the effect of catching the ball. When the penalty area in front of the direct, indirect positioning danger, or the other side is ready to kick the penalty, the goalkeeper will be used to spit some mouth on the palm of the glove to wet, enhance friction and resistance, to control the power and strength of the ball to block, protect the fingers, reduce the degree of hand injury, better complete the defense of the ball. Note that during rainy games, the goalkeeper must bring a towel, and wipe the protective gloves to ensure that they are clean when his team is on the offensive or in the middle of the game.
